Start on the edge of Mercantour then head down to the Ubaye Valley. Explore the mountain lakes then dive headlong into the Vallée de la Blanche and the UNESCO Géoparc. Cycle through the legendary “Terres Noires”, single tracks in the Durance Valley, Lure Mountain and the traditional Forcalquier region before you reach Manosque, famous as the home of the writer Jean Giono.
